I wouldn't trust any business bearing the Prudential brand. Two Prudential Real Estate "Sales Professionals" from Margate, NJ-- Lou Solomon & Mark Arbeit-- teamed up with a convicted criminal, dumpy, mini-Madoff mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. These three high-fivers thought it was a laugh riot; they point to me as proof they're so smart & so slick they can unload even a toxic waste dump.
You want a real laugh? Read up on Mr. Arbeit's exploits as an assistant elementary school principal in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. This fellow should not even have a realtor's license; and he certainly shouldn't be turned loose on unsuspecting buyers and sellers by this Prudential outfit. But then again, this outfit will do anything for its cut of the business this Arbeit pulls in.
Bottom line? Stay away from anybody doing business under Prudential's banner. The company obviously does nothing to "vet" its salespeople!

Prudential realtors are the worst: Arrogant, ruthless, dishonest. You want real funny? Read about Mr. Arbeit & his previous career in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Prudential obviously does nothing to "vet" its realtors. Deal with them at your own risk!
