I ordered a dozen roses and a cake for my parents' anniversary. I called a day before to confirm that it will be delivered. A girl on phone very sweetly confirmed that the delivery will be made in the evening. No delivery was made on the promised day and not even after.
I am so angry and sad that now I have to wait for another year to send them anything on their anniversary.
These guys are totally untrustworthy and unreliable. I have asked them to refund my money, and that's the least I can expect from them. Let's see what happens.
Forget these guys and take your business elsewhere.
