I have recently found out that the spark plugs when extracted from certain vehicles a portion of the plug can be left in the head and if unable to remove with a special tool tha tis currently on back order until May sometime.thiere is a spark plug available fron CHAMPION that will not let this occur again list price 42.68 @.Now if a plug is left in the head this could be a very expensive tune in excess of $1000.00, now I fell Ford has a issue here and is not stepping up to assist the consumer at all. Ford has a series proble here and should take some action to assist us the consumer.I have spoken to FORDS Consumer line and they are all aware of this issue and Bascialy say it's part of the maint.for the owner. If i get the same response as I did from FORD Consumer line I probably will not hear from you
