i never received my futon mattress, nor did i receive a refund. it is now one year later, and i have filed multiple BBB complaints.
...PLEASE go with a reputable discount retailer. i, for one, have always had great experiences with www.overstock.com. they have shipping discounts, and great products which arrive when they are supposed to.
DO NOT use any of the gately's subsidiaries. they are all frauds. all it takes is a simple google search to find out who the frauds are.
