I am shocked that a company can empliment this policy. In fact I am having my lawyers look into it right now. After having the internet for 3 hours we were red flaged and it was slower than dial up. How convieniently they left the FAP out when they were explaining their plans. I wish I would have seen this website first then i would have known but now i have all this equipment and can't get rid of it. I am going to be sure that I post how terrible these crooks are and the worst part is that they have no customer service dept. and the staff they have are rude.
