I had my experience with them and now I questions every single review. Research, research, research beyond WW.
I've used some vendors based on reviews from WW—all great, except for one. I posted a review that the vendor wasn't too happy with, he disputed it, and after providing proof that we contracted with him Wedding Wire still removed it. My guess is the vendor has some great connections with the local Wedding Wire Member Services Manager. This woman contacted me to provide proof and never heard from her even when I called to confirm that she received the information.
I contacted the main site support and they replied a week later—a day after I retracted my subscription from the site.
Diligently research each vendor and review.
