My mom and I chose FTD over another flower delivery company because of their selection and pricing. We ordered a next day delivery bouquet for my sister-in-law's birthday. When I called my brother today to find out if the flowers had arrived he said they hadn't recieved them. I called ftd and was told that the order was not able to be filled and that they had sent an e-mail to my mother to notify her of this, but only this morning. They said they could deliver a different bouquet tomorrow. Not the point. It's a birthday gift! I am very disappointed by the complete lack of customer service... a phone call would have been a much better method of communicating that an order could not be filled. From now on we'll use 1-800-flowers!
