Yahoo! Sears tech fixed our dryer in one "no Cost" visit. We did purchased top of the line 3 yrs ago with warranty/service policy. Came home from holidays and a glitch appeared. Dryer light would come on but no chipmunks to rotate drum. We live 25 kms out of a major city and was prepared to pay travel time but was not requested. Big kudos to their anon technician!
