I LIVE IN EDMOND,OK. AND GO TO THIS STORE EVERY FEW MONTHS TO PURCHASE CARDS AND GIFTS. RETAIL CUDOS TO DONNA WHO KNOWS HER INVENTORY AND IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!! AT CHECKOUT I USED A NEW ADVANTAGE VISA CHARGE CARD(THIS CARD WAS SENT TO ME BECAUSE MY OLD NUMBER HAD BEEN COMPRIMISED??) I ACTIVATED THIS CARD AS INSTRUCTED ON6/9/09,HOWEVER WHENYOUR EMPLOYEE RASHEEN TRIED TO CHARGE MY PURCHASES, THE NUMBER WAS DENIED. I IMEDIATELY ASKED RASHEEN TO PUT MY THINGS ASIDE WHILE I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ VISA. RASHEEN CALLED THE MANAGER(JIMMY)WHO CAME IMMEDIATELY AND MADE THE REGISTER AVAIABLE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS. RASHEEN AND JIMMY DID ALL THIS IN A WAY THAT WAS SMOOTH AND NOT EMBARASSING TO ME THE CUSTOMER. MEANWHILE THE CALL TO VISA ON MY CELL PHONE WAS NOT GOING THROUGH.I ASKED RASHEEN TO TRY THE PHONE NUMBER AND SHE GOT THEM TO ANSWER. SO...I TALKED TO VISA'S EMPLOYEE "EVIE"..AFTER MANY MINUTES,PASSWORDS, EXPLANATIONS,CUSSWORDS FROM ME, APOLOGY FROM VISA, WE WERE TOLD TO TRY THE CHARGE AGAIN WHICH RASHEEN WILLINGLY DID. THIS TIME IT WENT THROUGH AND I SIGNED THE TICKET. MANAGER JIMMY AND RETAIL DONNA CHECKED BACK WITH OUR PROBLEM DURING THIS FIASCO.REALLY WANTED TO GIVE THESE EMPLOYEES CUDOS AND CREDIT FOR A GOOD JOB FOR YOUR COMPANY.
