My 2005 escape is rusting...According to my handbook corrision is covered for 5 years so I went to my dealership and they had to take pictures send them somewhere, after hours I was told that Ford would fix the problem, however they want my car for 10-15 days and will not give me a rental car. I do not understand this why? It is not any fault of mine that the car has rust from the poor paint job that was done. I am upset. either I have to pay 28.00 a day for a car or lose my job. any advice?
