I was very worried when I saw the reviews online for CheapO Air, but I had already made my reservation online, so there was no turning back. I readied myself for all of the terrible things that people had written: fare changes, long customer service wait times, etc. But, after making the reservation yesterday, I now have my confirmed tickets and I am very happy so far. I watched, with a critical eye, as the charge posted to my card before I received my ticket numbers. So, a few hours later, I called customer service and was given my numbers over the phone. And then I received them by email too. The only reason I am not giving them a rating of 5 is that I was disconnected a few times while waiting on the phone to speak to someone. It worried me at first (again, only because of all the bad things I had heard) but it was not much of an inconvenience. If you find a great deal with them, I see no reason not to take it.
