DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Over a month ago, I ordered something for a one-day shiva, only to realize a few hours later that it would not be delivered in time so I cancelled the order. After two emails requesting confirmation of the cancellation, they finally said it was cancelled. They said while a charge may appear on my bank card, it would "fall off" in a short period. It's been FIVE WEEKS and no refund. I emailed them twice more and got no reply. They suck. I am now going to let everyone know just how much.
