this has to be the worst travel agents that dont keep there word.
my dad booked 4 tickets to india,3 adult price £498 and 1 child £459. he was told to pay deposit of £400 and the rest in 1 weeks time but when he called back they told him that the price had gone up. he was eventually given the tickets at the quoted price after a very, very long conversation on the phone
my sister who also was booking tickets at the same time with the same company was given a different quote and paid a deposit of £265 for 4 tickets, 1 adult 3 child but could not pay the balance due to financial problems. she called in to cancel the tickets and was told to pay an extra £1150 cancellation fee, as the tickets have been booked. when she called the air lines and gave her booking referance, no seats were booked and she should not need to pay any more money. she is now trying to claim her deposit money back.
