We've been a customer with Internet Truckstop for a couple of years and without much complaint. But since Jan 2012 when their billing practices have changed as well as their customer service practices. You will be billed for a month in advance, which is NOT a real big issue, but they offer no discount or incentives to pay for example 6 months in advance. Also you are "gifted" a bi monthly magazine but it will cost you an additional $4.95 that is non-refundable, so you will not only buy it, you will like it too. Or so Internet Truckstop says. We've been able to get a lot of backhauls through this site BUT there are dozens of other companies like this that will offer not only the service, but they appreciate the customer too and you won't find that with this outfit. On the bright side, with the pay in advance, you don't have to worry about the canceling of service hassle, just don't pay the bill and they don't notice you're gone. Good Luck and hope you find better than this group.
