There is no other way to say it better. They mislead customers on bandwith an FAP, They keep reying to ipdrade me eventhough I just got service only 7 months ago.. I have the 7000 series modem. Then they said I need to upgrade my service from pro to pro +. These people at hughesnet are crazy. I am so mad at the pathetic level of service that I get.
