Dear Sir/Madam, I do not expect an answer to this E-Mail but felt that I needed to address a problem that I have had. My wife and I purchased an iron in March of 2008 after the existing one we had failed. I realise that this second iron is now past the warranty date by some 9 months but to be honest, for 2 irons to fail within a year past there warranty dates is frustrating at best. I do not know if the reasons for there failure has anything to do with them being manufactured in China, but a name that has long been synonymous with Quality and service will unfortunately be removed from our consideration.
