If only I had found this website before spending $3,000. Alex started out as a nice person, but has become the worst business person I've ever death with. After not receiving my package and searching for weeks with Customs and USPS, I finally emailed again and he advised that the package has been returned. Well when were you going to tell me. I was so aggravated that I was again being asked to pay shipping charges that I asked him to credit my account for the money I’ve spent in accordance with his refund policy. Well, his response was
