I was told the items I ordered were to take 1-3 weeks to come from the UK then another week to ship to me. After 5 weeks, I emailed them and they told me that a crash on their website put everything a couple of weeks behind. two weeks later I requested confirmation of shipping or a refund. They have not answered my last 2 emails and it is too late to dispute the payment with palpal. I'm out $132. I do not recommend any labeshop store
