Been trying to purchase tickets all day long, but less than an hour after they opened this morning, it must have crashed. Nothing but error messages since then.

Why do they have so many different events going on sale at the same exact time, 10am...?

If you're lucky enough to get through all the hoops and find tickets/seats you want, they only give you 2 minutes to purchase them, which is frequently not enough time to enter whatever info they request and proceed through the purchasing process. I'm not a slow typer either, and I had all my info ready...but it was as if they gave me 45 seconds and not 2 minutes...lost the tickets and had to start the whole thing over again.

Great potential, but disappointing.
