We purchased an above ground pool from sears June 2008, they said delivery was July 18th,didn't come, July 30th, didn't come, July 31st it finally came but it was missing the pump and maintenance kit, which you can't set the pool up without the pump, many phone calls later,we still don't have the missing parts and it is now Aug 28th, every one we talk to on the phone is not helpful and give us the run around I will never order from Sears again, even the customer service person here could not get anywhere with the people on the phone, I am cancelling my card and never gracing the store or catalogues again.
