If there is ever a subway location that should shut down, its this one. You can call there 7 days a week and only get someone to answer half the time. I have spoken with the owner about the problem and he said they were busy, not true, this is not once in a while this is everytime I call your store. Well everyone hold on to your seats. I call the store on 5/3 at around 21:00 and after about 15 minutes a kid (male) answered. Told him I would like to place a order for pick up, he says hold please, but the idot never put me hold. Now comes this loud outburst, you answered the F___ing phone and now you got to take that F___ing order. Now he ask me may I take your order, I rely no you may not take my F___ing order. I had requested a friend to pick dinner up for me since I was working. At this point I called Domimos Pizza and ordered a sandwich. The phone rings and its my friend calling me from Subway to see what I ordered, informed her what happen. She arrives back with my sandwich and the kids had told her they were real busy, she replied no you weren't, I've been in the parking lot for 10 minutes and you were in here playing around. So anyone visiting go to SUBWAY ON HAMPTON POINTE, SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND SO IS THE FOOD. Same food, same everything, except Hampton Pointe knows how to make a sandwich and they can they can actually chew gum and walk at the same time.
