We ordered two photo books from this website. The first arrived in acceptable conditon bar one page due to a photo not uploading correctly. They were very good and offered to reprint the book. This is when the problems started. The book arrived with the colours totally different to the original photos and with some photos blurred. Again, the company agreed it was wrong and were happy to print the book again. Book number 3 has arrived in the same unacceptable condition. Meanwhile, our new book had been sent away for production and it has the some pages with blurred photos. The company won't accept responsibility and we have since written to the manager. When I spoke with her today she was very rude, extremely defensive and not pleasant at all. When I tried to expalin the situation she spoke over me and would not listen until I became insistant she do so. She accused me of being rude and was quite aggressive in her tone. Tahnkfully I have witnesses in my work office who heard me speaking and they were surprised the conversation escalated to the level it did as they said I had been so polite and nice at the outset.
Pur recommendation is to stay clear of this company.
