Stopped at the Ledgewood New Jersey white castle friday night later in the evening July 25 2008. My wife and I got Onion rings, FF and 4 cheese burgers, everything was pretty cold from laying around on the counter by the grill. They make everything and let it sit around, we ate what we could and I brought back 2 burgers to ask if they could warm then up a little. The folks behind the counter were more then polite, but the manager an older woman wipping off tables heard me ask for the warm up and got real nasty, telling me that when I got them they were hot which isn't even close. The folks behind the counter heated they up nicely. By the way they weren't busy only 1 other person in the place. When we first came in there were a bunch of loud kids drunk and sitting close to the counter, cursing and carring on but this nasty women manager said nothing. What a pathetic human being to treat customers like trash and be intimidated by a bunch of drunk kids. I visit the Mansfield/Hackettstown N.J. White Castle regularly and it is a far cry from Ledgewood. If you want to "SACK" something get rid of that abusive women. She didn't seem mentally stable to me.
