Be Aware of Free Shipping did not receive tickets for 2 events. Contacted customer service and was told I could pay extra to have tickets sent to my email address or I can stand in line and arrive an hour early to events and get tickets from TicketMaster booth - located somewhere in the building that the event is taking place in. Poor customer service.
