As a new dealer the customer service was terrible. They do not stand behind their products. They do not return calls and have a million excuses why their product fails. I lost several thousand dollars with Perma Crete and advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to keep shopping. There are several other better products on the market that are far superior to what they are selling and at a better price.
