The website says that they will answer email responses about orders during m-f 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm. The email sent to me after the order says it will be mail in two business days (I created the order on 9/9/12 and still no delivery and no new status email sent to me 9/16/12). The order is for my son's birthday. The transaction is still pending on my credit card.
