I am married to a wonderful woman in the Philippines. We support the family in the Philippines; own a nice house in a gated community, bought a few jeepneys as a family business, have a store, and so on... We have been sending money there for a few years. All out of the blue, I received an email from xoom to inform me that my account was canceled because of a violation. ..What violation I thought. So I emailed xoom customer service and they kindly replied back to me and said there is nothing they can do, but I am free to email xoom account-compliance. I emailed xoom account-compliance twice and they never emailed me back. I did some researching and retrieved the name of the "VP of Legal & Compliance" at xoom. I figured out his email address and emailed him; no response. I have waited 10 days now, so I just sent an email to xoom customer service, and carbon copied account-compliance and the VP. asking for customer service to forward my email to the VP of customer service.MAYBE I WILL GET A REPLY??? I just sent my email so we will see what happens.
