My number is 760 247 1358. Every time it rains my phone goes out. I can not count the number of times you have sent someone to fix the problem. Every time they come out they say it is fixed and the next time it rains I lose the dile tone and the phone has a lot of stadic. This problem has existed FOR YEARS. Some one is suposed to come today to work on the phones but if past results are the same the next time it rains the phones will go out. You keep calling me wanting me to switch my TV and internet over to you people but if you can't fix my phones what can I expect from your other services. This time I have been without Phone service for a week. I pay my bill on time every month, you could at least provide me with quality service. I sending this in hopes that you can finally correct my problem. Curently, if we had an emergency here at the house we would have to run nextstore hopeing someone would be home.

in 12/07 i bought 3 juke phones, suppose to come with 50.00 mail in rebate each.
