I guess reading reviews here i feel i am one of those lucky people who got an A+ service.. i orderd personalized calenders and notebook on 4th jan. my anniversary was 11. i knew its not possible for the parcel to reach me so fast. atleast 2 weeks as i am in Asia. But surprise surprise, right on the day of 11th, it reached me. all products are of very high quality, and i was surprised along with my wife. Vistaprint made my day. thank you vistaprint

Had a horrible experience with Vistaprint. Waited 3 weeks for my order then emailed them. Their response was that they couldn’t be printed because of the foil I’d requested. I asked them when they’d planned on letting me know about the issue. They replied that it was my fault in the initial image upload, basically calling me incompetent and not answering the real question of why they’d waited 3 weeks until I asked what was going on. For the record, the upload was completely correct with the foil mask etc.

It all looks good on the website, but when i received my order i was dissapointed. I ordered pens with my personal company logo as gifts for customers. They arrived with scratches, the logo sticker wrapped around the pen was peeling off and the pen is so cheap the ball point was coming off. The pen weighed less than paper. for 10 pens i paid $58. ripp off for the quality. My first and last experience with vistaprint. and by the way i have in 3 days received over 20 emails from them to order more.no way

If you are going to order or have, you better think twice and check you bank statements. I have been charged 14.95 for the last nine months on my account for nothing. I placed one order in Aug 08 and found out today that they have been hitting my card every month. The give your info to another company. I was able to contact them today(other company) to get a credit now I have to get ahold of Vista to get my other charge of 3.99 per month. Please pay attention to your statements and stay away from them. I thought like a lot of people they did good work and were cheap. But it was not worth all the charges for nothing.

Terrible experience: printing error for which they took no accountability, appalling customer service.
Vista Print screwed up my order. I e-mailed Customer Service and received an automated response promising that they always respond within two business days. Three business days later, I tried calling the Customer Service number in the automated e-mail only to find that there was NO option to speak with a human being.
I sent another e-mail to Customer Service and they finally agreed to give me a refund. However, the refund was only for the amount of the product, not the shipping -- and the shipping actually had cost more than the product itself. They did not offer to print the order correctly and ship it to me, even though the product was unusable because of THEIR mistake. So, I'm out the shipping costs and have nothing to show for my order.

I love vista print - their site is easy to use, their products are very high quality and their prices are great too. Highly recommended.

Nice, inexpensive products although I have heard of them being shady with peoples credit card numbers on ripoffreport...
and you get emails from them everyday if you sign up!
