My wife and I spend hundreds of dollars at your locations in Casa Grande and Colorado Springs.
Before leaving Casa Grande where we are winter vistors to our home in Colorado Springs, I experienced problems with my battery of my car. Your mechinic had some problems taking the cable off the battery which was corroaded. After installing a new battery and hooking up the postive side cable, the starting of the car worked satisfactory. The next day as we were going to Phoenix for a doctor appointment, I noticed the guages were not working properly. I drove immediately to the Chevy dealership(they service my car while in Casa Grande)and they said that the cable required a part with cost around $7 and the labor was in the high $80's. I took the invoice and the invoice for the battery to the manager of the auto department to see what refund if any was proper or if this incinident would serve as a learning tool to the machinic. I certainly didn't which the man to loose his job over this incinident. The manager said that he would investagate and after would put the invoices and whatever else would be put into a evelope for me to pickup at a later date. WELL, I forgot to pick up the evelope and last week I called your office in Casa Grande to speak with your mangager, I was put on with assistant by the name of "George", after explaining the problem to him,
