My wife and I shop in Walgreens in Deptford New Jersey at cooper@ delsea drive, there is a young man who works there, his name is Denny Daniels,he is such a pleasure to talk to,nothing is to much trouble for him to do for someone. The service that he gives you is outstanding, I'am sure he is a big plus for the store and walgreens. Thank You

Green Tea
Last summer I bought this PureAmerican green tea w/ orange blossom honey and it was fabulous. The best most refreshing botttled green tea out there. Also, it had sugar and honey NOT high fructose corn syrup & chemicals. I was buying extra bottles to share with my friends so that they too could enjoy this wonderful tea that Walgreens had. Imagine my suprise when last fall you took it off the market. I live in Tucson Ariz. and it gets REALLY hot here. I am not looking forward to this 112 degree summer without my Green Tea w/ Orange Blossom Honey. Why did you take it off the market? I love shopping at Walgreens but don't go in as often since there is no tea.

Why is one store so different than another?
I am a disabled person who case goes though Ohio Workman's comp. I have had the same prescriptions and insurance for over six years. The closest Walgreens is certainly not the most acomadating store, so I just shop around at different stores. Hoping to find a Walgreens as good as the one on West Center Road, Omaha, Ne. They are not the closest but by far the best I have found in Nebraska.

Good Idea to Imporve prescription service
This is my idea for Walgreens: most complaints are "waiting times"for prescriptions by live..at the counter patrons. Since there are always more than one pharmacist on duty; assign one to handle counter patroms as they come in. Let the others attend to call in orders etc. People at the counter are most times ill...spreading germs...getting angry...
waiting and waiting. We are the ones who are not getting regular meds; but who are there from the doctor's office to pick up a just written prescription! We should not be made to wait and wait until you get to the order. Please change your tactics.they are not working. Although I am registered at Walgreens, I get regular meds thru mail and only go to the counter for emergency meds when ill and suspect others do the same. I do a lot of other shopping at Walgreens and this is
very good!

Terrible Terrible Terrible Service
I have been shopping at Walgreens Happily for the past 12 years without any problems but lately the service has been getting worse an worse an today finally did it after waiting in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes when I finally walk to the window the lady abruptly tells me I'm going to lunch now. OK that was fine the next lady helped so I dropped off my perscription an was told I could pick it up in a hour an a half. Alright on my return there are at least 15 people in line an the people are complaning as well they should.While waiting an trying to figure whats wrong it came to me.Who ever trains your pharmacy staff is sorely lacking they don't care. I wondered could it be because it's in a minority neighborhood but all the workers were minorty except one. This store is at 5345 NIh 35 Austin Texas.Your store manager needs to be retrained as well as all your staff.Times are to hard for people to be treated as if they don't matter some other store will.I really like Walgreens an would hate to go some place else all I can say is just one more time just one more...

Report of Problems
I left a prescription for Oxycodon/APAP 5 MG-325MG Tablets at the Walgreens at Rt 41 and Bonita Beach Road yesterday and went to pick it up this morning. The drugest said that he could could not find it. The man who had accepted the prescription is the person who messed it up. Since it is a drug used by addicts, we knew that you would want to know about this. We have bought all of our drugs at Walgreens for the past 15 years. The past month your service has been very poor. There are long lines both at the drive-up window and in the store. We have also tried the store at Bonita Beach Road and Imperial and we had to wait over 3 hours to get 2 routine scripts filled.

Prescription
I have been with Walgreens for many years. I was always very satisfied. Now, the last 2 times I went for a prescription I have had a problem. A month ago I called in my scripts and it tells you on the phone "if you are picking up your prescription tomorrow press 1 and if picking up today hit 2". Today or Tomorrow period. I hit for tomorrow, meaning on Thursday (called on Wed)at 12:00pm. When I went the next day at 5:00pm they said it was for Friday!! I had to sit in line at the pick up window while they filled my prescriptions (3). The people in line behind me and next to me were VERY upset! Now today I went for scrips I called in yesterday they mentioned the name of a pill I did not recognize. I always get the regular (not generic) and they had filled it with the generic. This is the second time this had happened. The regular script costs me $3.10 they put in generic which my Insurance would not cover & it was $100.00. I had to sit today again while they changed it. Then when home I counted the Tricor because last month I ran out 3 days before I could refill. Today instead of 30 tablets I had 28 tablets. When I called they said the machine must be broken they would have it fixed. I really think cutting back on personnel (I think this is the problem) is not helping your customers.
If I hadn't been a custumer for years I was mad enough to say forget it and go to some other pharmacy. Mary Pfannenstill

Sale Items
Store at Canton Rd and Chastain Rd, Marietta, GA. I stopped to
buy several items in the sale flyer. Out of several items, Walgreens Deluxe Mixed Nuts, 9 oz No peanuts 2 for $5.00/ One can rang up at 2.50 the other at 3.99. Sale associate would not even look at ad, kept telling me they were 2 for 7.00 even tho my total was 6.69. Last week all three items I purchsed rang up wrong but the sales associated looked at ad and changed prices.
This store is convenient for me and I will continue to shop there even if I have to question prices on items I buy. I did not purchase the nuts but I will stop to see what the price is at another Walgreens. The other items I stopped to buy were out of stock

Rude personnel, long wait even at drive-thru, refills not on time, incorrect dosage and number of prescription. I need to switch to another pharmacy just to be sane.

drive-in
Sierra del Rio, San juan, Puerto Rico Drive-In
The employee, named Eloiza, keep us waiting in line for 45 minutes. In line there were 3 cars,as soon as the first car left, we waited half hour before the car in front left. I had to came out of the car in order to have her attention, even tough she told me that I had to wait because she was looking after the prescription of the other lady that had some problems.
The drive-in is for the pick-up of prescriptions. If some one has problems they can go inside and wait. Your employees should know how to handle the situation.

Beside this ,I want to congratulate Walgreens on their procedures on prescription refills.
I obation my refill in Walgreens, Sedona, Arizona. Along way from Puerto Rico.

Walgreens store # 5472
Employee: Eva Dunston-Pharmacy Tech-was so helpful and professional. I went to the above store to have a prescription filled. Well, wouldn't you know that the hospital(Gulf South Joint Replacement in N.O. )did not have the prescription pre-authorized by the insurance company(Tenet ). Eva knew just what to do. She contacted the necessary parties and got the approval for my mother's medicine. She was a life saver for me. Thanks for your help again.I will be forever grateful for you and your staff.Every time I go there everyone is so helpful and pleasant..

customer service
the services i have recieved is poor. called in a prescripton at 12noon
and was told it would be ready at 4:45. I was there to pick it up at 7:30 and it was not ready. was told it would be ready in 10 min to waite.
well at 9:00 i still had to waite. this is not the first time this has happen.location Polk st. /campwisdom rd in DALLAS TEXAS.

count your meds
for the last couple of months, i have been running low on 2 of the meds that i take every day. i couldn't understand why, at the end of the month, i would run short.well people.count your meds..i have started and last month and this month (today)..only 29 tablets when the prescription clearly states 30. this may not mean much, but i pay for a full prescription, i want a full prescription...who gets the extra tablets that i am shorted when the store takes inventory? who do you complain to? Short of having them count every prescription in front of you before you step away from the counter, it's your word against theirs...but if everyone complains that have this problem with the Albany,Georgia location...maybe the store manager will take heed and see that it is stopped..

Pillow Dept.
Sir: I visited your store in Enid, Ok. this afternoon after reading about an item you had on sale that I wanted to buy. There was a picture of the exact pillow I was interested in having in your ad. I went to the place where all the pillows were & their was your sign all over the front of the pillow section. $4.99. I noticed a sign on the bottom self that said $12.99 so I inquired about which were the $4.99 pillows. They were mixed in with the 12.99 pillows which was like the picture in your ad. Why weren't the $4.99 pillows pictured in your ad? This is one of the great come-ons & false advertising that Walgreens do. The clerk told me I should read what the ad said. I did read it & it said: Cushie Neck or Tube Pillow. Directly under this statement it said: Sensi Cush Neck or Tube Pillow so I assumed all of those pillows were on sale. FALSE. The pillow I wanted was of course $12.99 & all together with those $4.99. Maybe your clerk didn't know what she was talking about but it is very discusting to visit your store & find such as this. None of the pillows had individual prices on them just $4.99 stuck in front of all of them.

i never get my prescription ready on time when i call for refills
walgreens never calls my doctor for refills when i call them for refills and they tell me they do call and when i call my doctor he tells me they never called and even sometimes if i have medecine ready they never call to say it's ready for me to pick it up untill the last minute.

While shopping in a walgreens in nj, I was greeted by the sr cosmetic advisor. She was very knowlegable and led me to all the items I needed. I am new to the area, and will be a regular customer of this store. The store is very clean and well managed, it shows! Thank you for making me welcome.

Hi,i just wanted to say that i was in one of your stores in the chicago area and me and my wife experienced contact of racisium.The store was at 103ard & western the employees name was MATT. 3 THINGS HE DONE (1) HE did not tell us the total amount of our items (2) we gave him a bill he checks it looking at(3)HE gives us change back allowing us to forget some in the change cup. He was very,very,very, nasty.

photo shop
I had just completed my first European vacation to Italy with my new digital camera. I wanted to see my prints but had no clue how to process them off of the chip. I went to our local Walgreens where Terry showed me what to do and how to enhance the over 200 photos. Not only was he patient and helpful but he did this while also working with a district supervisor who was asking him numerous questions. Terry even stayed over his shift to make sure that I did the whole process correctly. While I was waiting for my ticket to print another employee helped me pick out the right album to hold all my photos. I picked up my prints today and they are terrific. I could not have been more pleased with the service and customer care that I recieved.
