This is the second time I have the same complaint'
I ordered a cheeseburger and did not get any cheese on it'
then they give me a promo one ,again no cheese 'If you can't do the job right hire someone who can. I do not think I will vist Wendy's again.

What's wrong ???
I'm a Wendys lover but lately Ihave been really diappointed with my service and food myy fries are always cold. My sandwich is eather wrong or made wrong.Idon't recieve my whole order.when I call back Idon't even get an ( I'm sorry ) .What's going on ???

disappointed with service
every time we order at the takeout window one person asks to take the order then another person confirms the order. when we pick up the order it is always wrong. why can't one person do the order from start to finish?

Managers Verble Abuse
We had go to the Fairhaven,MA resturant on Sept. 21,2009 and the manager that was on this day a short chunck girl with short black hair was screaming at the employees and the whoe dinning room could hear everything she was saying to these workers. She was going to fire everyone in the store because someone burnt the bacon, and told one girl she had better look for another job because she was sick of her. This manager has some issuses and I think this girl should be punished . She can't use verbal abuse on these wokers. I Myself will never eat ther again and the people in the dinnind area said the same thing, your worker work hard for the little money that you them, espeicly the they get traeted by this manager named sandy c. The food is good but the managment suck.

Common courtesy
I went to the drivethrough the other evening and was first,not sure the total was right but was told the ticket would be in the bag. While at the pick up window I dug out the reciept. The total was correct but I did not have the almonds that were to be served with the salad. I asked for them and was given them but with no "I apoligize or even an I'm sorry.' I realized I didn't get my $1.79 coke. I turned around and went to the drive through again but someone had pulled in ahead of me. After waiting a few minutes and watching my milkshake melt[the temp's were in the 90's] I pulled up and parked next to the pick up window and walked over to the window. I asked for the coke that they had forgotten to give me. Again, I was given the drink with no apology but then the manager,I suppose, was rather rude telling me that they would do it this time but I would have to go back through the line next time.I told him 'Maybe they would get the order right next time!'
After getting home with a melted milkshake I discovered that the dressing for my salad was wrong and there were utensils or napkins in the bags! Thefact that you have to recheck your order to be sure it is correct, you don't even get an apology for their mistakes! I am sure that I am not the only one who has gone through this, so I can only say'I feel your pain!' Thanks for listening, Deputy

asian chicken [make belive]
I tryed a new asian chicken today with all the hype I guess I expected to much It,s a chicken nugget coated and fried than put some sweet and sour sauce and charge YOU A WOPPING 4 BUCKS!!! what a rip off. Big Al.

supper from Wendy's
I used the drive through and the boy was rude, Got our order right but the food was very poor, ordered the new chicken (sweet and hot Asian) it was all bread, the nuggets were more bread than chicken infact I saw very little chicken , if they are battering the chicken then some one needs to see that its chicken they are battering and not batter that they are battering. we live in a college town and the wendy's is right next to the college and yet it stay empty well now I understand why, hate to see these places close but if they don't serve food worth eatting I can see why they close. Thanks Wendy for no supper tonight ( 7-30-2009) for it was not worth eatting let alone pay for...

double stackers 99 cents
on my job three employees travel together.on tv. the double stacker is advertised at 99 cents .we have not found a wendys that sells them at 99cents.they say they are not a corperate store.we have gone to four stores and not found a wendys stacker at the sale price.what a rip off andfalse advertisement.

service/sanitation/no meat burgers
Our family of 6 partonized the Wendys in Portage, Wisconsin. It was on Saturday, April 11, 2009 around 12 noon. The cashier did fine with our order but the order came out incorrect and untimely. The sandwiches came first with 3 of our 6 frosty's. The fries came after we were done with our sandwiches, and the remaining 3 frostys came with the fries. One of our burgers came without meat! We watched the kitchen people , wearing gloves for food handling, come up and work the register wearing the gloves, then going back and handling food with these same gloves. It took along time for the manager ( who looked quite unhappy) to decide to have another cashier...customers were standing and waiting what seemed forever to have their order taken. We picked Wendys because as a family, we had not been to one in a very long time.

supervision
We recently made a trip to the Wendys in Dickson, Tn. Although the food was good and the service was ok, we could not ignore one of the managers that was very rude to the customers and yelling at the help. This wendys was on highway 46.I would not work there with that kind of attitude, that makes for bad business. If that female is there we will not eat there.

There service sucks along with there food!
We went to the Wendy's on Loman Avenue in New Mexico, and there service was slow and there food was cold and not even right on what we ordered. Then when I took it back we-ordered 3 double bacon cheeseburgers, and the sandwiches was small and two little pieces of bacon. Don't eat there!!!

Customer
I recently visited a Wendy's restaurant in Whitby at Tauton and Brock and was very disappointed in the service. There was this employee named John on the Victoria Day holiday that had a very bad attitude. If he didn't want to deal with people, then he should not have been there. I think his little ass should be fired but who am I to say. It was a terrible experience. I don't think I would ever visit that Location again because of him. If I go in there, I will leave if he is there.
I really like Wendy's food but I did not like the service with this person John.
GET RID OF HIM!! Thanks in advance
