Horrible, non-existent customer service
I have been a customer for several years now and I've been satisfied with their low rate until recently. There was a system error obviously and every time I tried to place an order for 200 prints and clicked on the check-out button, the number of the photos in my shopping cart decreased to 44 or 51. I tried to place an order several times without success. I emailed the customer service three times, but no one emailed me back, ever. I posted comments about this on their FaceBook twice (I had to become their fan to post a comment. Imagine that!), but they simply had my comments erased as if nothing happened. I'm really, really disappointed. My husband told me that for discounted price, I would receive reduced service. He is absolutely right. I would pay a little more at another company for reliable service.

unfocused and cropping cut us right out of the photos
I am in receipt of my order and am appalled at the quality of the prints. Although the sheet with the thumbprints are clear and the images are complete, many of the photos have our heads or parts of the images cut off and the images are unfocused.

We are in dispute regarding a full refund which would include the prints and all shipping costs. I certainly will not use this service again and warn those that are considering using Winkflash.

love their work
I have used winkflash for the past 3-4 years, at least. I love this company. I have had tons of work done with no problems, but when I have had a problem they have always taken care of it quickly and I have always contacted them thru email. I have made wedding books, travel books, yearbooks, favorite photo books, and they are the best value. I made one book at another online company and the quality was less and price much higher. I hope they stay in business forever. The free storage of photos is awesome too. There really is no limit.

What a dissappointment
I use Winkflash mostly to store my photos, which I actually like. I placed an order only once before (50 free prints) quite some time ago. Lately I placed an order that was supposedly shipped on the last day of July. After 2 weeks, I still didn't get my photos. I emailed them and they were apologetic, asked to confirm my address, proceeded with claiming to be printing out a new set of prints and by Aug 14th I got my shipping confirmation email. I am still waiting. A purchase I made elsewhere came in two business days. They are absolutely ridiculous. You can't count on them.

Thumbs Way Down on Customer Service...
This is the exact text of an email I just sent to Winkflash...
To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. The order that I placed on 7.29 still shows as 'printing', yet 2 orders that I placed after that have now shipped.

I emailed customer service about this 3 days ago, but after 36 hours without a response I called customer service and was told that you were having 'technical difficulties'. I was also told that the systemwide orders placed on 7.27 and 7.28 were being processed at that point, so it would be at least another couple of days before you got to orders placed on 7.29. That was obviously not the entire truth if my subsequent orders are now on the way.

I am particularly upset because my order is for postcards that will be sent to friends and family to let them know of our dear dog's death last Friday, and I consider this to be a timely issue.

Suffice it to say that I will absolutely be returning to Snapfish for my photo needs, and because of the poor customer service I have received from Winkflash, I will let other consumers know through websites such as bizrate and others. My Snapfish orders have ALWAYS been sent in a timely manner, so shame on me for changing horses midstream by trying Winkflash.

You must understand that it is so much better to be up front with your customers, otherwise you stand to lose them

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've ordered from Winkflash once before in the past, prints were decent and they showed up relatively quickly. On July 9, I placed two orders, one for prints, and one for photo cards. The prints arrived at my house within 5 days, with only one image being truly awful print wise. July 14th I emailed their customer service checking on the status of the photo cards and got no response. On Monday, July 16th I spent 17.5 minutes on hold waiting for someone to pick up at the customer service number to find out what the hold up was with my images (Winkflash advertises 24-48 service and a few days for shipping) cause at this point I'd been waiting 5 business days just for the status to change from printing. After finally reaching someone in customer service I was informed that the images had needed to be reprinted due to quality and that they should ship out by the end of the day, Tuesday at the latest. Today is Wednesday, I called customer service again cause they apparently don't answer the emails even though they are an internet based company. The first time I called, waited seven minutes and then got hung up on when he went to check the status. I called back, waited on hold for 10 minutes and then got the runaround as to why they hadn't been printed, told another request for reprint would be put in, but that it could be another 4 days before it even gets done. I'm sorry but a company that advertised 24-48 hours and money back guarantee shouldn't expect someone to wait 11 business days for a product. I've managed a photo lab and understand the time and requirements for the machines, but this place is outfitted with the newest photo lab machines. Overall I'm extremely disappointed by the customer service, the lack of response to emails, and the inability of the staff to quickly fix the issue. My recommendation, pay a little more for the product and go elsewhere.

The BEST ...EVER
For the price you cannot find any website that is better. Shipping .99 No matter how big the order. They give you virtually free products. I ordered a 100-page 8x10 photo book. The cost was $50. The quality was super. Can you get better quality sure you can by may be 5% but the cheapest I found was $150 for the same product. (Snapfish $120, shutterfly $130, Kodak $140 for 80 pages)

I never had problem with them so I am not sure about their customer service. I have had more the 15 orders and over 2000 photo. Not a single complain.

16x20Stretched Canvas at winkflash $36. Snapfish $80. Shutterfly $90.

By far, THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST on everything. Quality, not the best but among the best. Though they are comparable to the best, do not compare a $36 product with a $90 one.

AWFUL!
I ordered a gift for Father's day and two weeks later am still waiting! I have received a "form" email, saying it is still processing--now today received an email informing me that my order was being canceled and that my money was being refunded! I can't believe the horrible customer service! Beware, beware and definitely don't use them if you are actually counting on receiving your order!

SAME PROBLEM WITH WINKFLASH!!
I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH WINKFLASH. IN THE BEG. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM-HOWEVER AS TIME WENT ON, MY ORDERS BEGAN ARRIVING LATER AND LATER AND THE SERVICE GOT WORSE AND WORSE. THERE IS NO POINT IN EVEN CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKING ABOUT YOUR ORDER B/C THEY DO NOT KNOW AND WILL JUST MAKE UP LIES TO TRY TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE (NOT TO MENTION HOW RUDE THEY ARE) I PLACED AN ORDER 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT. BUYER BEWARE!!!

winkflash
I placed an order with winkflash and because their customer service is non-existent, I had to re-order the same prints. My bank receipt shows the orders were paid for but four weeks later I still do not have my prints. The contact number and e-mail addresses are either not responded too or returned as undeliverable. The company has only one number listed for customer service and that number is constantly busy.
This company may product quality prints but it is a gamble as to weither or not you will receive them! Good luck trying to contact the company if there is a problem with your order!
