I will say that I got my order without a single problem, but there are several other sites that offer better information on the shoes. It seems like all they want is to throw the basics out and hope we order. Usually, if i'm serious about a shoe (especiially runners, since there are so many out there), i'm gonna do my homework, and if another site has more info, i'm just gonna go ahead and order from them. Other than that, it's cool. Thanks for getting my kicks to me on time for the holidays!

my order was upgraded to a faster form of delivery at no charge and the shoes arrived as promised. I will definitely go to Zappos again for my next shoe purchase. It is also "fun" for a confirmed shoe lover like me to be able to browse through all your selections! Keep up the good work!
